The best damn #dairyfree Caesar salad there ever was!! Seriously, I outdid myself this time. New favourite recipe!! When you have a dairy allergy, creamy dressings can become a dreamy thing of the past! Until now!! I use veganaise for ALL of my creamy dressings. I find that the texture, flavour and ingredients are just perfect for what I need.
DRESSING: 2 Tbsp original veganaise 1 tsp lemon juice 2 dashes GF Worcestershire 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion flakes 1/4 tsp greek seasoning
Mix together (or blend in magic bullet) and toss over kale, spinach, garden tomatoes, red onion and cremini mushrooms.
Or just eat it by the spoonful.... Your choice.
