One of my favourite ways to cook?? Put a whole bunch of delicious things in a wok and see what turns out. This beast of a plate is a bison kale black bean and corn taco salad. Isn't that a mouthful?! It was DEELISH!!
How-To: Make guacamole
Make Basmati rice
Sautée 1-2 lbs of bison
Add:
2 Tbsp fresh ground garlic
2 cups chopped kale
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 tsp Sriracha
2 tsp Worcestershire 1 can corn
1/2 can black beans
Chop up 1 head of romaine
Add ingredients together in a big bowl just how you like it!! I topped mine with more Sriracha (because I'm loco for the hot sauce), but feel free to try it with salsa or aioli!!
